    Hello, high-priority maintenance has been scheduled in our Chicago data center for this Thursday beginning at 23:00 US/Central (GMT-5:00) to replace a partially failed blade in one of our two core routers.

    During the corresponding window, intermittent network connectivity issues may take place to/from our Chicago-based infrastructure to your endpoints and end-user devices as failovers and network re-convergence takes place.

    While the maintenance window has been set for 2 hours, we expect the replacement process will take less than 1 hour to complete. Our engineering teams will be monitoring network stability and progress throughout the window.
